4Deposits & Withdrawals

6Bonuses & Promotions
Bajjilive bonuses are an added benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement.
- Each bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- You cannot activate a new bonus while another bonus is already active.
- Withdrawing before meeting bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Bonus Misuse
Bonus abuse or any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. This includes:

7Prohibited Activities

If involvement in any of the above activities is established, bajjilive reserves the right to immediately close the account and pursue legal action.
8Intellectual Property
The bajjilive logo, trademarks, designs, software, and all content are the intellectual property of bajjilive. Members may not copy, distribute, or use this property for any purpose beyond personal use.
Using bajjilive's name, logo, or any identifying marks for third-party marketing purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
9Limitation of Liability
Bajjilive is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, bajjilive's liability is limited in certain circumstances:
- Bajjilive is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues or problems with a member's device.
- Bajjilive is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Bajjilive is not responsible for any account loss or compromise resulting from a member's own negligence or data breach.
- Bajjilive's liability is limited for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
10Account Closure & Suspension
Bajjilive reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of Terms and Conditions.
- Detection of suspicious financial activity.
- Failure to pass identity verification.
- Identification as a minor.
- At the member's own request.
Members may close their account at any time. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.
11Changes to Terms
Bajjilive reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
